I was injured at my job and got the following two back surgery, beginning in 1986 and again in 1993. Then I had about 10 years where I did not notice anything in the back, after which the pain slowly began to return. Like the pain in my right elbow has disappeared completely. My feet are now looking normal, ie. swelling is gone, they have again become a normal color and is no more sore as they were before. There will still aches when I go for long walks. But overall I am very satisfied with my current condition, I never imagined it would be possible for me to do something about addressing the serious problems that I had. I do not use my stick anymore and my digestive system has been balanced.
