My girlfriend comes from Latvia close to Riga, where she worked at a Best Nuga center. In our summer holiday in August 2010 we visited her old workplace where I first tried Nuga Best massage bed. It hurt in my back and chest after the first 30 minutes but after good guidance from staff and my girlfriend, I stand the pain and came back the next two days for more treatments.

It did really do me well and the pain disappeared. The centre in Riga (there are actually three in Riga) is equipped with 20 massage beds and are filled with many people every day. Many user buys themself the massage bed for daily use and to achieved a unique result. We ourselves have a heat mat where I sleep at least 3 to 4 times a week, since then I have not been sick. You feel not only physical improvement but also a positive psychological experience that also helps to enhance one's health.

My girlfriend is trained in the use of Nuga Best products and now I will also learn more about it, to help others to get good health.
