My girlfriend comes from Latvia close to Riga, where she worked at a Best Nuga center. In our summer holiday in August 2010 we visited her old workplace where I first tried Nuga Best massage bed. It hurt in my back and chest after the first 30 minutes but after good guidance from staff and my girlfriend, I stand the pain and came back the next two days for more treatments.
It did really do me well and the pain disappeared. The centre in Riga (there are actually three in Riga) is equipped with 20 massage beds and are filled with many people every day. I spoke with some of the users (I had my private interpreter) and the opinions expressed by users came with only the positive nature. Most said that it hurt at first but after several treatments, they could feel significant progress.

Fibromyalgia

Elsebeth Steen Jensen writes: I suffer from fibromyalgia and has had a thermal blanket and a large thermal mattress from Nuga Best for test in a month. They are both beautiful to use. My fibromyalgia gives me no peace when I go to sleep and when it is worst, I have to take a sleeping pill in order to sleep. But while I had the thermal products they gave me so much peace that I at no time needed the sleeping pill.
I could not sleep with the mattress all night long, after approx. 2 hours sleep I woke up and had to take it away.
Mensturations pains helped a lot, I usually have many pains in my lumbar region and down the legs, but they disappeared completely when using the thermal blankets.
When my son came to visit I had to wait for the blanket, because he found out it took his pain in the lumbar region, he works daily as a carpenter. My neighbor is also a carpenter, he borrowed the small thermal blanket a few times and used it on his back pain, these pains disappeared too.
Now the lending period unfortunately end, I hope one day to have the opportunity to buy one for myself.
